Investigation of ZnO nanorods for UV detection

Project activities will include:
Literature study.
ZnO nanorod material, formation and optimization.
ZnO nanorod characterization by SEM.
Fabrication of the UV detectors using ZnO as sensing material.
Electrical and optical characterization by I-V, UV spectrometer and photo-response.
Written report.
