Operational Efficiency Improvements

Realizing efficiencies while maintaining or improving current quality levels! We are looking for highly motivated individuals that would like to be part of the entire process of one or several efficiency projects within the operations department. Knowledge about process optimization / lean theories / time & motion studies would be a distinctive advantage. You will be part of a team where you would get the opportunity to identify and pursue efficiency opportunities. You would also get an opportunity to develop tracking tools to accurately report on identified savings. Great communication skills are important since you throughout the project will be communicating with a wide range of individuals, from crew members to senior executives. The project could potentially be used as basis for a Master’s Thesis but are currently viewed as an internship. We are primarily seeking individuals that have completed at least the 6th semester towards their M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering & Business Management and/or their business school degree. However, other highly motivated individuals are also encouraged to apply.
