Market Analyse of the plastic, rubber and adhesive industry in the Baltic States

Safic Alcan Nordica AB is preparing for entering the Baltic States.The plan is to be operational in the territory by mid 2004.
In order for the company to resource, structure and organize the marketing and sales efforts in the Baltic States a more detailed study needs to be conducted.

The analyse and the result should be a part of a knowledge package which the management of Safic Alcan will use in order to make a decision on how best to manage the territory on a shortterm, midterm and long term basis and therefore adressing the needs of the market and the individual customers. Also the study should comprise factors like national, social, environmental, tradebarriers, competitors, legal, ethic logistic - for best fit to succeed.

The result of the analyse should also establish a database including/comprising f.ex.;

Country/location/contacts/polymers/chemicals/Filler/by type and volume and price; Logistical cost; sales and marketing costs; risk and sucees factors.
