Profoto Bakgrund

Profoto was founded in 1968 in Stockholm. The founders were Eckhard Heine, photographer and engineer, and Conny Dufgran, photo equipment retailer. Profoto is world-leading within flash equipment for professional photographers and the company’s products are frequently used by the worlds leading photographers. The trademark is well renowned within it’s business segment and dominates the market of fashion photography. Profoto have about one hundred employees and have offices in Tokyo, Beijing, Hamburg, Paris, London, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The company’s main focus is product development, marketing and international sales, all production is done by subcontractors. Profoto is a competence based company and we pride ourselves on our employees pro activity and positive energy.

Vi har för avsikt att skapa ett webbaserat, grafiskt orienterat system för att hantera vårt verksamhetssystem. Förutsättningarna är att dokumentationssystemet är valt (AM-system) och att merparten av aktuella dokument finns skapade. Målet är att skapa ett system där alla medarbetare enkelt och intuitivt får tillgång till alla styrande dokument och att revision och nyskapande av dokument kan ske på ett effektivt sätt. Ditt uppdrag är att skapa en effektiv struktur i systemet och att bygga rutiner och arbetssätt för förvaltning.
