Development of a Project Management Quality System.

Scanagri has four main offices in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Poland and employs some 70 staff members in our four main offices. Scanagri is an integrated part of the Niras consulting group and the leading consultant in the Baltic area in rural development. We provide technical assistance and implementation support to the bilateral and multilateral development co-operation organisations to promote sustainable social, environmental and economic development.

We are now looking for one person to undertake a thesis within Project Management Quality System. Structured technical follow-up in project implementation, in three to five of our ongoing projects: Agriculture and Environment in Leningrad Oblast; Forestry Education and Training in Kosovo; Development of Seed sector in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan; Strategy for Sustainable Development in Macedonia.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, careful with and take interest in details and enjoy working in groups and teams. You have a market oriented mind and a commitment to deliver with the highest standards and quality.

We think you have the following profile and qualifications:

Ongoing M.Sc. in Agriculture or Environmental field, with Career ambitions and profile within Project Mangement, Eastern Europe, Development Aid. In addition, it is an asset if you have specialised within Business Finacial Management, Quality Systems. Fluency in spoken and written English. High knowledge in Microsoft Office.
